We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal with 2+ years of experience in family-based and employment-based immigration (EB-1, EB-2 NIW preferred). Responsibilities include drafting petitions, managing client documents, and filing USCIS forms.
An attorney with 0-3 years of experience. Must be barred in New York. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting legal research, client consultation, and preparing complex visa and green card applications.
Opportunity for current law students to gain hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law. Interns will assist with research, document preparation, and client file management.
